Cassidy Civiero is a filmmaker with a focus on content that deals with mental health, climate change, and gender/sexuality. He is a writer and executive producer for the series You're My Hero on CBC Gem, and co-creator and writer for the series Sweet as Sugar. His directorial debut, I'm in Love with All My Friends, achieved international distribution via Fearless, and his subsequent eco-horror, Ethical Consumption, was funded by the Mental Health Commission of California. His experimental film about anxiety and self-realization, Lost in My Head, was also funded by the Region of Waterloo Arts Fund. In his spare time, Cassidy likes to spend time in the garden and fervently coddle his dog, Charlie.
