Biography

Ecem Dalgakiranlar is an immigrant, visual artist, photographer, cinematographer and activist. Originally from Istanbul with Cypriot roots, they now live in Athens. They are a member of the Athens Museum of Queer Arts (AMOQA) and currently studying cinematography at ReFOCUS Media Labs Athens on scholarship. They are interested with traditional arts, history and anti-colonialism.
