I am a Franco-German born in 1975 in Geneva and I was introduced to art at an early age. I studied arts in Nîmes and then at the Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg, France where my teacher Jean-François Guiton introduced me to video art. Poetry and philosophy are also my main literary inspiration to enrich the visual subconscious that guide me. By exploring ambiguity through nuance, distortion or accident, I increase the dynamics between perception, interpretation and emotion. Using an often metaphorical poetic language, I amplify curiosity by blurring apparent meanings, thus producing unexpected mental images. Time and memory always play a key role. My protean work (sound, images, installation) is visible via short film festivals, galleries, concerts or shows.
