I’m a professional cinematographer and human being. I’m experienced in both documentary and scripted storytelling, and continue to focus my craft in those spaces. I enjoy crafting a meticulous visual language for a narrative script and diving head-first into a real life story. For me, the two skills sharpen each other. Demi works out of Los Angeles and travels regularly for work. Most recently, they lensed a black and white period horror titled The Thaw, which premiered at Fantastic Fest, as well as an episode of Hulu’s Taste the Nation. Their commercial clients include Google Pay, American Express, GLAAD, and West Elm. Demi is an associate member of the Society of Camera Operators. They hold a BFA in film and television from Savannah College of Art and Design. They were also selected for AFI’s Cinematography Intensive for Women+.
