I am a media educator, sports scientist and filmmaker. In my projects I work on social and historical issues, sports, body politics, feminism, diversity, communication & empowerment, right-wing extremism prevention and anti-discrimination work. I studied sports at the German Sport University in Cologne (diploma 2001), history and educational sciences at the University of Cologne (state exam 2001) and film at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne (diploma audiovisual media 2006). I live and work in Berlin since 2007. Since 2016 I have been a permanent teacher at the SPI Foundation's technical school for educators.

Tom Weller is a filmmaker and transgender coach at Boxing-Girls, a queer-feminist boxing club in Berlin. He makes documentaries and fiction films and organises video workshops on issues of sexual orientation and gender identity in sport.
