What price would you pay for beauty? Dorina, a transgender former entertainer, supports
herself as a "doctor," illegally injecting collagen into transwomen's bodies throughout
Manila. Dorina's path takes a turn when complications arise with one of her clients,
uncovering the dark side of her illicit cosmetic business and forcing her to reconsider
her life. This portrayal of a society obsessed with youth and beauty exposes the pressures
imposed on transgender women with striking authenticity QUICK CHANGE premiered at
the Berlin Film Festival and won the Special Jury Prize for Best Screenplay and Actor
